Preparing for Arrival

Before you even board your flight, preparation is key. Ensure that you have all necessary documents ready, including your passport, visa (if required), and any COVID-19 related documentation. Check your airline's guidelines for any specific arrival instructions.

Flight Arrivals

Heathrow Airport has five terminals, each servicing different airlines. Upon arrival, you will need to check the flight information screens to find your terminal. Make sure to follow the signs to the baggage reclaim area once you disembark from your flight.

Lost Luggage

In the event that your luggage does not arrive, head to your airline’s lost luggage desk located in the baggage reclaim area. Fill out a report, and they will guide you on the next steps.
