What Affects Collection and Delivery

Several factors can influence the collection and delivery of your baggage:

1. Time of Arrival

Late-night or early-morning arrivals may have different service availability. Ensure you confirm collection times with your chosen service.

2. Customs Clearance

If you are travelling internationally, customs clearance can delay the collection of your bags. Make sure your service provider is aware of your flight details to time the collection accurately.

3. Destination Distance

The distance from Heathrow to your delivery address can affect how long it takes for your bags to arrive. Check the estimated delivery times provided by the service.
