This guide outlines the essential information needed to arrange luggage delivery from Heathrow Airport to your home or hotel, ensuring a seamless experience.

Required Information for Delivery

When arranging for luggage delivery, having the right information on hand is crucial. Here’s what you typically need:

Personal Details

You will need to provide your full name, contact number, and email address. This information helps the courier service reach you if there are any issues with your delivery.

Flight Information

Your flight details are vital. Include your flight number, arrival time, and date. This allows the courier service to track your flight and time the pickup accordingly.

Luggage Details

Specify the number and size of your bags. Provide any additional information, such as weight restrictions or special handling requirements, especially if you have fragile items.

Delivery Address

For home delivery, provide your full address, including any specific instructions for reaching your residence. If you are staying in a hotel, ensure you include the hotel's full address. Additionally, confirm with the hotel that their reception can accept luggage on your behalf.

Guest Name

If you are using a hotel for your stay, it’s essential to include the name under which the reservation is made. This helps hotel staff identify and manage your luggage correctly.

Notification of Third-Party Courier

It is advisable to inform the hotel that a third-party courier may arrive with your bags. This preemptive step ensures that they are expecting your luggage and can handle it appropriately upon arrival.
