1. Choose a Reliable Courier Service: Research and select a reputable courier service that operates in the Heathrow area. Look for reviews and ratings to ensure reliability.

2. Provide Full Hotel Address: When arranging delivery, make sure to use the full address of your hotel. This includes the name of the hotel, street address, city, and postcode. Accuracy is crucial to avoid delays.

3. Confirm Hotel Reception Policies: Before finalising your arrangement, contact your hotel’s reception to confirm that they can accept luggage on your behalf. Some hotels have specific policies regarding third-party deliveries.

4. Include Guest Name and Reservation Details: When booking the delivery, include your name as per the hotel reservation. It’s also helpful to provide your reservation number if possible, to facilitate smooth handling upon arrival.

5. Inform the Hotel About the Delivery: Notify the hotel that a third-party courier will be arriving with your bags. This ensures that the reception staff are prepared and can manage the delivery efficiently.
