How to Arrange Suitcase Delivery from Heathrow

Arranging suitcase delivery from Heathrow Airport is a straightforward process, but there are a few steps you should follow to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Step 1: Choose a Reputable Courier Service

There are several companies that offer suitcase delivery from Heathrow. Research and select a reputable service that suits your needs. Look for services that specialise in airport deliveries and have positive customer reviews.

Step 2: Book in Advance

It’s advisable to book your suitcase delivery in advance. Most courier services allow you to arrange for collection online. Make sure to provide all necessary details, including your flight number, the weight and dimensions of your luggage, and your delivery address.

Step 3: Prepare Your Luggage

Before handing over your suitcase, ensure it is packed securely. Label your luggage with your name, contact number, and destination address. This will help prevent any mix-ups during the delivery process.

Step 4: Confirm Collection Details

Once your booking is confirmed, double-check the collection time and location. Heathrow has specific zones for luggage collection, so be sure you know where to go. Arriving on time is crucial, especially if you are on a tight schedule.
