Why Book in Advance?

Booking your luggage delivery in advance is highly recommended for several reasons. Firstly, it guarantees that your bags will be collected promptly after your arrival, reducing waiting times and eliminating the stress of handling luggage at the airport. Secondly, advanced bookings often come with better rates and availability, especially during peak travel seasons.

How to Book

To book luggage delivery in advance at Heathrow Airport, you can follow these simple steps:

1. Select a Reputable Courier Service: Research various luggage delivery companies that operate at Heathrow. Look for customer reviews and ratings to ensure reliability.

2. Provide Flight Details: When booking, you'll need to input your flight details, including arrival time and flight number. This information helps the courier synchronise the collection of your luggage with your landing time.

3. Specify Collection Timing: Indicate the desired time frame for luggage collection. It’s advisable to allow some buffer time after your flight has landed.

4. Confirm Baggage Quantities: Make sure to accurately list the number of bags you wish to transport. This helps in determining the pricing and logistics of the delivery.

5. Enter Delivery Address: Provide the complete address where you want your luggage delivered. Ensure this information is correct to avoid any complications.

Different courier services may have varying policies regarding baggage limits and sizes. Familiarise yourself with these restrictions to avoid unexpected fees or complications on the day of your travel.

Costs

The cost of luggage delivery can vary based on distance, number of bags, and the service provider. Always check for transparent pricing and any additional fees that may apply, such as surcharges for oversized luggage.
