Booking Luggage Delivery in Advance

Yes, you can book luggage delivery in advance at Heathrow Airport. Most luggage delivery companies allow you to schedule your service online or via telephone before your trip. Here’s how to go about it:

Step-by-Step Process

1. Choose a Luggage Delivery Service: Research and select a reputable luggage courier service that operates at Heathrow. Common options include companies like AirportToHome.co.uk, which specialise in transport logistics.

2. Provide Flight Details: When booking, be prepared to provide your flight information, including arrival time and flight number. This ensures that the courier is ready to collect your luggage as soon as you land.

3. Specify Collection Timing: Indicate the time you would like your bags to be collected. It's advisable to allow for some buffer time after your flight lands to account for any delays in customs or baggage claim.

4. Detail Baggage Quantities and Delivery Address: Clearly state how many pieces of luggage you will be sending and the exact address where they should be delivered. This prevents any confusion and ensures your luggage arrives at the right location.

Cost Considerations

The cost of luggage delivery services can vary based on several factors, including the quantity of bags, distance to the delivery address, and the speed of service you require. It’s advisable to compare prices from different providers to find the best deal.
