How to Book

To book suitcase delivery in advance at Heathrow Airport, follow these steps:

1. Choose a Reputable Provider: Look for companies that specialise in airport luggage delivery services. Make sure to read reviews and check their credentials.

2. Provide Flight Details: You’ll need to provide your flight number and arrival time, which helps the courier service coordinate the pick-up.

3. Specify Collection Timing: Indicate when you would like your luggage to be collected. This is crucial for ensuring your bags are delivered on time.

4. Clarify Baggage Quantities: Be clear about the number of bags you’re sending. Different providers may have varying policies regarding the maximum weight and size of luggage.

5. Confirm Delivery Address: Provide the exact address where you want your luggage delivered, whether it’s a hotel, residence, or another location.

Practical Information

Collection Timing

It’s essential to allow enough time for the collection of your luggage. Most services recommend scheduling your suitcase collection at least 2-3 hours after your flight’s arrival. This allows time for customs clearance and any potential delays.

Baggage Quantities

When booking, be mindful of the baggage policies of the delivery service. Many providers have restrictions on the total weight and size of the luggage being sent. Ensure you check these conditions to avoid any surprises at the time of collection.

Delivery Addresses

When entering your delivery address, ensure it is complete and accurate. If you’re staying at a hotel, it’s a good idea to inform the hotel concierge about the luggage delivery to ensure a smooth handover.
