Among these options, the Heathrow Express is a popular choice due to its speed and convenience. However, many travellers wonder if they can use an Oyster card for this service. In this blog post, we will explore the relationship between the Oyster card and the Heathrow Express, as well as alternative travel options.

What is the Heathrow Express?

The Heathrow Express is a dedicated train service that connects London Paddington to Heathrow Airport. It offers a swift journey, taking just 15-20 minutes, with trains running every 15 minutes. Passengers must purchase a specific ticket for the Heathrow Express, which can be done online, at ticket machines, or at the station.
