How It Works

Upon arriving at Heathrow, your first task is to collect your luggage. The process is straightforward:

1. Disembark the Aircraft: Follow the signs to the baggage reclaim area.

3. Collect Your Bags: Wait for your luggage to arrive on the carousel and make sure to check the luggage tags to ensure you have the correct items.

Tips for Smooth Collection

- Keep Your Baggage Claim Ticket: Always retain your baggage claim ticket until you have collected your luggage. This ticket is essential in case your luggage goes missing.
