Luggage Collection at Heathrow

Upon your arrival at Heathrow, the first step is to collect your luggage. Here’s what you need to know:

Baggage Claim Areas

Each terminal has designated baggage claim areas. Make sure to check the monitors for your flight number to find the correct carousel. It's important to keep your baggage claim ticket safe, as you may need it to retrieve your luggage.

Lost Luggage Procedures

In the unfortunate event that your luggage does not arrive, it’s crucial to report this to the airline’s baggage service desk immediately. They will guide you through the process of filing a claim and tracking your lost luggage.

Luggage Delivery Services

If you prefer not to handle your luggage after a long flight, Heathrow offers a range of luggage delivery services. Here’s how you can take advantage of these options:

Simply book the service online before your flight, and your luggage will be collected from the airport and delivered to your specified address. This is an excellent option for families or travellers with heavy bags.

Luggage Storage Options
