By opting for suitcase delivery, you can bypass the hassle of managing your bags after a long flight.

How Does It Work?

Step 1: Booking the Service

To utilise the suitcase delivery service, you first need to book online or through the Heathrow customer service. It’s advisable to arrange this service at least 24 hours before your flight. During the booking process, you will need to provide details such as your flight number, destination address, and contact information.

Step 2: Arriving at Heathrow

When you arrive at Heathrow Airport, head to the designated luggage collection area. You will need to collect your bags from the carousel before handing them over to the delivery service. Ensure you have all necessary documents and receipts from your booking.

Step 3: Handing Over Your Suitcases

Once you have collected your luggage, follow the signs to the suitcase delivery desk. Here, you will present your booking details and pass your bags to the staff. They will tag your luggage and confirm the delivery arrangements.

Step 4: Tracking Your Delivery

After handing over your luggage, you will receive a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your suitcase delivery in real-time. You can check the status online or through the Heathrow app, providing peace of mind as you continue with your travels.

Step 5: Receiving Your Luggage

Your luggage will be delivered to the address you specified during the booking process. Delivery times may vary based on your location, so it’s recommended to confirm the expected delivery timeframe. Ensure someone is available at the designated address to receive the bags.
