Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 Luggage Collection & Delivery

Introduction

Heathrow Airport, one of the busiest airports in the world, welcomes millions of passengers each year. Terminal 2, known as the Queen's Terminal, is particularly busy with its modern facilities and numerous international flights. One of the key concerns for travellers is luggage collection and delivery. Understanding the process can significantly ease the stress of your journey.

Luggage Collection at Terminal 2

Upon arriving at Terminal 2, the first step is to collect your luggage. The collection area is clearly marked and typically located on the lower level of the terminal.

Baggage Reclaim Area

After disembarking from your flight, follow the signs to the baggage reclaim area. Each flight is assigned a specific carousel, which is indicated on the screens displaying flight information. Make sure to keep an eye on these screens as they provide real-time updates on which carousel to head to for your luggage.

Delayed or Lost Luggage

In the unfortunate event that your luggage does not arrive, there are dedicated services to assist you. Head to the airline's baggage service desk located within the terminal. Make sure you have your baggage claim ticket handy, as this will expedite the process of reporting your lost luggage.
