What is the Suitcase Collection & Delivery Service?

Heathrow Airport's suitcase collection and delivery service allows passengers to send their luggage directly to their home or hotel instead of carrying it through the airport. This service is particularly beneficial for those who wish to avoid the hassle of navigating through crowded terminals with heavy bags.

How Does It Work?

1. Booking: Passengers can book the suitcase collection service online before their flight or at the airport upon arrival. It's advisable to book in advance to ensure availability.

2. Collection: Once your flight has landed, a representative will meet you at Terminal 3 to collect your luggage.

3. Delivery: Your suitcase will then be delivered to your specified address, whether it's your home or a hotel, usually within a few hours of collection.

This service is designed to provide peace of mind, allowing you to focus on your travel rather than your luggage.
