By choosing luggage delivery, you can head straight to your hotel and relax.

Tips for a Smooth Delivery

1. Book in Advance: Ensure you arrange your luggage delivery service well before your flight. Many companies require advance booking, so check their policies and book as soon as you confirm your travel plans.

2. Choose a Reputable Service: Research and select a reliable luggage delivery service. Look for customer reviews and ratings to ensure your belongings will be in safe hands.

3. Know Your Hotel’s Policies: Before you book a delivery service, contact your hotel to confirm they accept luggage deliveries. Some hotels may have specific procedures or may charge a fee for receiving luggage.

4. Provide Accurate Information: When booking the service, make sure to provide accurate details such as your flight number, arrival time, and hotel address. This information is vital for a timely and successful delivery.

5. Keep Essentials with You: Always carry essential items such as travel documents, medication, and a change of clothes in your carry-on bag. In case of any delays with your luggage, you'll be prepared.

What to Expect During Delivery

Once you arrive at Heathrow and your luggage is picked up, you can expect it to be delivered to your hotel within a few hours, depending on the service you choose. Many companies offer real-time tracking, so you can monitor your luggage’s journey.
