What is Hotel Bag Delivery?

Hotel bag delivery is a service that allows you to send your luggage directly from the airport to your hotel. This service is particularly beneficial for students who may be travelling with multiple bags or heavy items like books and supplies. Instead of navigating the airport and public transport with all your belongings, you can simply relax and let the professionals handle your luggage.

How to Arrange Hotel Bag Delivery from Heathrow

Step 1: Choose a Reliable Service

Before you travel, research and select a reputable luggage delivery service that operates out of Heathrow Airport. Some popular options include Luggage Forward, AirPortr, and Excess Baggage Company. Check their reviews and ensure they have experience dealing with student travellers.

Most services will allow you to book online, making it convenient to arrange everything in advance.

Step 3: Prepare Your Luggage

On the day of your flight, ensure that your luggage is properly packed and labelled. Some services may provide luggage tags, or you may need to print your own. It’s important to adhere to any weight limits or restrictions specified by the delivery service.
