This article will walk you through how office luggage delivery works at Heathrow, ensuring that you arrive at your destination hassle-free.

What is Office Luggage Delivery?

Office luggage delivery is a service designed for individuals and businesses that need to transport their luggage directly to an office or another location instead of carrying it through the airport. This service is especially beneficial for business travellers who often have multiple meetings and cannot afford to waste time at baggage claim.

How Does It Work?

Booking the Service

To utilise the office luggage delivery service at Heathrow, you first need to make a booking. This can typically be done online or via a dedicated app, where you provide your travel details, including your flight information and the address of your office or destination.

Upon arrival at Heathrow, your luggage will be collected from the airport. This is usually handled by a professional courier service that has partnerships with the airport. They will track your flight to ensure they arrive when you do, ready to pick up your luggage.

Delivery to Your Office

Once your luggage has been collected, it will be transported directly to your specified location. You can even arrange for delivery at a set time, ensuring that your bags arrive when you need them. This feature is particularly useful for those attending meetings or events shortly after landing.
