Steps to Arrange Same-Day Delivery

Here are the steps you need to follow to ensure a smooth delivery process:

1. Choose a Reliable Courier Service: Research and select a trusted courier service that offers same-day delivery from Heathrow. Read reviews and check their credentials.

2. Book in Advance: While some courier services allow for last-minute bookings, it’s best to book your delivery in advance to secure your spot.

3. Provide Essential Information: When booking, you will need to provide the full address of your hotel, including the name of the hotel, and confirm that the reception can accept your luggage.

4. Guest Name and Details: Include the guest name used for the reservation, ensuring that the hotel can match the delivery with your booking.

5. Notify Your Hotel: It’s advisable to inform your hotel that a third-party courier will be arriving with your bags. This prevents any confusion at the reception.

Once your bags are collected, they will typically be delivered within a few hours, depending on traffic and the distance to your hotel. Most courier services provide tracking options, allowing you to monitor your luggage's journey.
